Dear Friend,

The famed Silicon Valley of India may soon have a new moniker, all thanks to the budding Living Free Bangalore Chapter!

Activism for animals in the city is now in full blossom, reaching out to over 5000 people every month! Outreach was especially exceptional in the month of November, and I think we can all learn a trick or two from the Bangaloreans!

The history of it!

It was Aravindan and Manisha who took to steering Living Free Bangalore. Though the city has always been active with outreach, it got galvanized  after the CompassionCruisAde, reaching out to more than 11000 people in 5 days in September. Since then there’s been no looking back.

What it looks like now?

In a short period of 3 months, the Bangalore LF team consists of 48 members, led by the charming trio of Manisha, Aravind and Amjor – here’s their take on the journey so far!
Reaching around 6,000 people every month through regular outreach and campaigns like Fast Against Slaughter, Eyes Wide Open(Video Outreach) and Do You BUY The LIE?, Bangalore has been the city with maximum impact  in September! Kudos to you!

Besides Bangalore, it’s been an adventurous month for Living Free with the launch of our national campaign Do you Buy the Lie taking place in 11 cities across India! Overall, the Living Free flag waved high reaching out to 31,000 people this month.

Cheers to the New Year that’s knocking the door- for a year that’s warmer and kinder to all animals!

Warmly,
Shweta Sood
