We’re out on yet another journey of outreach, love, activism and Compassion – Compassion CruisAde South India Tour is here and it’s taking cities by the storm!
At our very first stop in Bangalore, we reached out to a smashing 11,500 people and guess what? On our journey through Coimbatore and Chennai we reached 8600 more in just 5 days!
One major highlight for all cities was the workshop SkillShare : Activism for Animals where live discussions on the problems and cruelty faced by farm animals formed the centre of the event!
Here are a few snippets from each city. The places, the people, the activists and the experience!

We kick started our tour and outreach by reaching out to 900 people in Jain College and in the Jayanagar area. In the next 3 days different venues witnessed the brilliant outreach skills of the Compassion CruisAde team. During SkillShare realities of Factory Farming were exposed. The enthusiastic activists had a lot of questions which made for a lively discussion and great skill building for animal activists.

By the time we left, we had already reached out to a whopping 11,500 people in 4 days!   Star of the tour was Aneeha Patwardan who travelled from Pune to Bangalore to share tips and tricks of her commendable outreach skills!

In Coimbatore we had a short stopover which resulted in new active volunteers joining our team! We targeted the youth of the city, making them aware of how cruelty is often kept a secret and what they can do to change the trend.

SkillShare was a great success here as well accompanied by numerous interesting debates and discussions on issues concerning the rights of animals.

The CruisAde left the city with a lot of love and knowledge, gained by all who were a part of it!

Besides nature telling us to take a break with heavy downpour, Chennai was amazing in terms of the number of people we reached with our message. Total count for Chennai was close to 5600 in just 4 days! SkillShare at Blue Cross, outreach at Thiruvanmayur Beach, Besant Nagar Beach and lecture at Guru Nanak College marked our amazing stay in Chennai!
