Working in the most-traumatic of the social justice issues, it is easy to drift towards mental exhaustion leading to complete isolation from the cause you've been passionately working for. Addressing this problem is very important for our movement to be successful. Our expert will help you identify sources of burnout and mental exhaustion, ways to deal with them, and take care of others in the movement.

Note: This is not a psychotherapy session and is not a replacement to visiting a psychiatrist/ psychotherapist for mental health issues.

Are you bored of rotating between two or three forms of outreach? Our vegan advocacy campaigners will help you explore new modes of outreach in this interactive session, especially designed to hone your skills for effective activism. We will also discuss time-tested methods of outreach, providing you with new insights on how to effectively use them. Armed with this knowledge, we will then encourage you to pick each other's brain and come up with a new mode of outreach, based on real world case studies. With our help, you will apply the new learning and craft effective strategies for outreach in your city. Once the basics are done, we will support you to run the campaign and provide necessary materials to implement it.
