FIAPO has developed a donation refund policy as part of our commitment to honoring and respecting the financial contributions that people make to FIAPO. All donations are disbursed in a timely fashion to FIAPO’s programmes that work for the welfare and rights of animals. FIAPO relies on donations to design and implement our work, which spans public education, strengthening of NGOs through workshops, advocacy, legal and policy for the protection of animals. Any change in the quantum of donations adversely impacts the outcome of programmes. We recognise the importance of donations and want to ensure we establish appropriate principles of transparency and fairness with regard to the management of refunds.

We are therefore grateful for your donation and support of our organisation. Donations to FIAPO are non-refundable. In case of a transaction issue or banking error, please contact us with the date of the donation, donation amount, and mode of payment. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the payment. Upon successful processing of your refund request, funds are returned using the original method of payment. The refund process may take seven to 30 business days, depending on the availability of the information from the third party (e.g. credit card companies and banks) through which the transaction was processed.

FIAPO is not obliged to give refunds on donations and may decline any requests, particularly if an 80G Certificate was issued.
