Dr S. Abdul Rahman is the Executive Director of the Commonwealth Veterinary Association, Former Dean of Veterinary College, Bangalore and Former member, AWBI (Animal Welfare Board of India). He has a Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science from Mysore Veterinary College, a Masters degree from University of Madras and a PhD in Veterinary Parasitology from University of Queensland, Australia.
