Peter Singer

Professor Singer is a renowned professor of Bioethics at Princeton University, and a Laureate Professor at the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at the University of Melbourne. He is an acclaimed Moral Philosopher and is known for his landmark book, Animal Liberation. Published in 1975, Animal Liberation has been cited as a formative influence on leaders of the modern animal liberation movement. Peter is also a leading effective altruism proponent.
